I know what it’s like to feel unsure about yoga.

When I finally took my first class in 2021, right in the middle of the pandemic, I discovered something I didn’t expect: a practice that met me exactly where I was.

It wasn’t about being flexible, experienced, or “good” at yoga. It was about showing up, breathing, and finding a little calm in the middle of so much uncertainty.

That first step turned into a consistent practice that helped me manage stress, feel stronger, and connect with a supportive community.

Now I help beginners just like me discover the power of yoga.

Inspired by how much yoga changed my own life, I earned my 200-hour certification through Moving Galaxy Yoga School in Milwaukee.

I now work with people of all skill levels, but I especially enjoy teaching beginners — people just like me who once wondered if yoga was really for them.

My goal is to make yoga simple, approachable, and free of pressure so you can feel good moving at your own pace.

My mission is to make yoga feel accessible to everyone.

Yoga isn’t about looking a certain way or hitting advanced poses. It’s about showing up, moving your body, and noticing how you feel.

My mission is to create spaces where anyone — no matter their age, body type, or experience level — feels welcome to practice.

My approach focuses on yoga that's:

  • Beginner-Friendly: Learn at your own pace, with modifications for every level

  • Intentional: Move with awareness, rooted in breath and mindful motion

  • Welcoming: Judgment-free, comfortable, and supportive

  • Practical: Take tools and practices off the mat into your daily life

  • Accessible: No complicated jargon—just simple, clear guidance

I teach in a way that’s clear, encouraging, and supportive — so you can focus on what really matters: how yoga makes you feel.

Yoga starts with one simple step — let’s take it together.
